It doesn't matter.

Share the love, people.
So is it time for our drink check?
Drink check.
We're having my favorite flavor of seltzer.
That's right.
Black cherry.
Love as a seltzer.
Polar brand.
I met Kait's, and I said, I'm going out to the garage to get a seltzer.
She said, grab me one.
And I went, oh, there's only two.
And I would, normally, anxious Megan would be like, I don't need one, it's fine.
But I was like, it is my favorite flavor.
So your kids can just suffer when they get back from school.
There's no bubbly left, oh darn.
So it'll be fine.
It's a tough life.
You know what we used to do as a kid?
Drink out of water hoses, Megan.
I know now these princesses have their Oualas.
Yeah.
For another Ouala because his broke.
Has he maintained control of it for at least six months?
No, I got this for him at the beginning of school year.
This is why we can't have nice things, darling.
Hey, you know what?
Speaking of your singing though, we should kind of throw back to the listener who commented on our Spotify and wanted it to be noted that hello.
Which one were we singing?
Because Journey definitely sings a hello, I think.
Is it me you're looking for?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's Lionel Richie.
Right.
So that's embarrassing for us, but love the listener's feedback.
I actually did not find that embarrassing at all.
I wanted to say it was very much on brand.
For Colleen, thinking it was someone and me, not only telling Colleen no, but being adamant that I was right about the person that was singing and Colleen just being like, yeah, okay.
But neither one of us were right.
I also like that the listener linked to the YouTube video, just in case we needed a fact check.
Like guys, it really is Lionel Richie.
And then when I saw it, I was like, of course it's Lionel Richie.
How did we miss that?
Yes, and I go, it's Lionel Richie.
And somehow she made some connection between Lionel Richie and she thought it was Stevie Nicks.
And then she was like, the blind guy.
And I was like, that would be Stevie Wonder.
Stevie Nicks is a female from Fleawood Mac.
And Lionel Richie is Lionel Richie.
Lionel Richie is Nicole Richie's dad.
Yes, correct.
Nicole Richie's dad.
He sings.
He sings, hello.
And another song that I know.
All night long.
All night.
Oh.
All night long.
All right.
Well, this is a mini-sode.
So enough of the chatter.
Yeah.
Well, let's just get to the facts.
Let's get to it.
Because I do feel like it's been a very intense time.
I was like, Kate, Colleen, there is so much happening in the conspiracy world right now between Diddy and the drones.
The drones.
Flash UFOs, slash droids, like I told Bourbon Boy, and then he laughed at me.
But you don't know.
Could be a Star Wars universe happening.
I was like, what's a droid?
Is that a Marvel thing?
It always goes back to Marvel.
You don't know what a droid is?
C-3PO, R2-D2.
Nerd alert.
We got the shooter.
Oh, yeah, the CEO shooter.
Is that really him?
Yeah.
Did they get the right guy?
Is it all just a little too tidy?
Feels too clean to me, but that'll be another episode.
Yeah.
I just updated we're going to re-release Boeing at the beginning of the year, and so I looked into it.
We got some updates on that.
So yeah, there's just a lot happening in the conspiracy world.
Happening.
There might be some new COVID developments.
Oh, yeah.
I think I finally given in on letting Kait do a COVID episode.
Yeah.
Yeah, you have.
So let's get into this Diddy episode here.
Okay.
So I've compiled a couple of notes.
So I wanted to start.
We had a listener who reached out was asking us about our thoughts on the tunnels.
You've been seeing the tunnel.
Oh, yeah.
I've been seeing there's some like reels about it online, that there's like tunnels underneath his house.
That's like what I thought in my head was an underground railroad.
You know, that, you know, We've watched about this, that you guys believe the underground road was really an underground railroad.
Right.
Yeah.
So a la underground railroad in Kate's brain.
But I've also heard that those are like debunked.
Like there's not actual or we, if they're tunnels, they're not letting us know about the tunnels.
Yeah.
I think you just nailed it.
So there's been so many stories about the tunnels, but I could not find any proof proof that the tunnels exist.
So again, the social media rumors allege the tunnels maybe go to the Playboy Mansion.
Others say they go to Michael Jackson's property.
Yep.
Now, he had a lagoon style swimming pool with a grotto that was connected by an underwater swimming tunnel.
And so there may be even a couple of photos of that that people have used to like allege tunnels.
But if you look at the construction records, the law enforcement searches on the property listing, none of them have any evidence of tunnels.
So I don't know if I buy it.
Yeah.
I would not say it's true.
And then I got a couple updates for you on Diddy's jail experience.
Oh.
Now we've had like multiple updates.
So initially, a couple months ago, I think prosecutors accused Diddy of breaking jail rules in an attempt to manipulate witness testimony and taint the jury pool.
Are we surprised?
They claim that Diddy has, and I quote, continue to try to evade law enforcement monitoring, correctly influence witness testimony, and further attack the integrity of these proceedings.
They accuse him of ordering payments to fellow inmates to use their telephone accounts and use three-way calling to contact people who are not on his approved contact list against federal prison regulation.
In his recorded calls, Diddy instructed his family to contact potential victims and witnesses in his case as well as promote narratives on social media to influence a potential jury pool in his upcoming May trial.
Quote, At the defendant's carefully curated direction, the defendant's children posted a video to their respective social media accounts showing the defendant's children gathered to celebrate the defendant's birthday, the filing said.
Combs then monitored the analytics of the post engagement and explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure the video had this desired effect on potential jury members.
On recorded phone calls with his son, they noted, The clear inference that the defendant's goal is to blackmail victims and witnesses either into silence or providing testimony helpful to his defense.
Prosecutors said the defendant had demonstrated an uncanny ability to get others to do his bidding, employees, family members, and MDC inmates alike.
So there's that.
He's in a little bit of legal trouble over that.
And it's, you know, I mean, are you surprised he's, I think a couple episodes or maybe last one.
I don't remember.
We talked about, like, we think Diddy has a diagnosis.
Yes.
Of narcissism, likely.
So all of this behavior is very, I mean, he's clearly manipulative in all the things he's been doing.
So are we surprised that he's, again, this is like this narcissistic behavior.
I'm still above the law.
Like, I can still manipulate it to my best outcome.
He's still bragging about, I think we mentioned in a previous episode that he was bragging about juror tampering in the Shine Trial for the shooting with J.Lo.
And so, yeah, like, you know, you do it once.
Right.
Exactly.
He's going to try whatever he's done in the past.
That's been successful for him to this point.
Yeah.
There was also a raid.
The jail claims that the purpose of it was to confiscate contraband including drugs, guns, and cell phones.
Apparently, there were 19 pages of legal pad notes photographed during the raid and given to the prosecution.
So the defense claims that the legal pad was in a folder marked in pen, written across the front, legal.
I guess that makes it very official.
And so because this was marked legal, it was an invasion of privilege.
So these documents were used in one of his previous bail hearings with the prosecution saying they left a strong inference that Combs paid off potential witnesses.
So the judge did rule in favor of the defense and was like, yes, anything that was found in those 19 pages, not admissible.
And I'm like, well, I want to know what was in those notes.
I know, me too.
Maybe they'll get released on social media somewhere.
At some point, we'll hear about it.
50 years from now.
Yeah, it'll all be declassified.
Diddy also filed a motion in October requesting an investigation into the prosecution for media leaks, including that famous Cassie video.
CNN aired it.
Remember, this is kind of the beginning of his downfall is when we were like, you are sick.
So the judge denied the demand saying there is compelling evidence that the CNN source was not in fact the government.
Diddy reports that Department of Homeland Security planned and executed these leaks and that, quote, the videotape was leaked to CNN for one reason alone, to mortally wound the reputation and the prospect of Sean Combs successfully defending himself against these allegations.
So if he had won, they would not have been able to include any of the leaked media evidence.
So they may have had to drop some of the charges.
So this was kind of a big victory that the judge was like, you have not given me any evidence that the prosecutor or Department of Homeland Security is responsible for these media leak.
And so it's all going to be admissible.
And also, this is also that video of you doing the behavior is what is what's making people like think of you in a bad light.
Not the fact that you did it.
You actually did it.
Like you actually did the behavior.
Again, narcissistic behavior.
This is someone else's fault.
This is clearly not my fault that everyone thinks that I'm a bad guy.
Yep.
Bingo.
No.
We've been hyping up on social media and on a previous podcast, but there's that new documentary, The Honorable Shine on Hulu, that is really all about that that nightclub shooting in 1999.
Sean Diddy Combs responded with a cease and desist letter to Shine.
So there we go.
Always fun when they respond, right?
We've got multiple new civil cases, ranging from the 1990s to 2022 allegations against him.
There's a handwritten complaint from an inmate serving a prison sentence for manslaughter in upstate New York who claims that in 2018 when he was a minor, he was drugged by his mother and raped by Diddy.
Oh, my gosh.
Another new accuser said he was an actor in the late 1990s.
When he auditioned for a Diddy music video, he heard Diddy say, He'll do.
And then he says he was given a soda spiked with something that caused him to pass out.
His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs' chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross on it that Combs wore during the interview.
The plaintiff tried to fight him off, but felt dizzy and sick whenever he tried to move.
Additionally, Combs' bodyguard was holding the plaintiff down by his arms.
Another accuser said she was 17 in 2004, when Combs sexually assaulted her at a 4th of July party in the Hamptons.
Combs and two of his bodyguards approached the plaintiff and threatened her.
Combs told the plaintiff that she would be in danger if she spoke about what had occurred.
That's like a pattern we're seeing, right?
Right.
Stating that he ran New York and would ruin her.
At this point, the plaintiff recognized that at least Combs had sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious and she feared for her life.
Again, Diddy's rep continues to say they can't address any of these meritless allegations.
Of course.
And this has been a reckless media circus and everyone's just trying to, you know, get a payday.
Everybody's out for Diddy.
Mr.
Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process and the truth will prevail.
Oh, sounds like he might have some people in this back pocket.
He says he has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, man, woman, adult or minor.
What a liar.
Kind of one of the biggest stories, and then I got a couple celebrities and that's all I got.
One of the biggest stories that's kind of hot right now, Jane Doe is now a 30 something mother living in Alabama.
She claims that in 2000, when she was 13 years old and living in Rochester, New York, she tried to sneak into the VMAs.
So this girl says that while wandering around outside Radio City Music Hall, Diddy's driver told her that Diddy liked younger girls and she fit what he was looking for.
Did she want to go to a party?
And she says, of course.
Of course I want to go to a Diddy party.
So the driver took her to a large White House and she was asked to sign an NDA before she entered.
She said she mingled with Fred Durst and Benji Madden.
Now of note, Madden's rep said that he wasn't even at the VMAs that year, he was on a tour in the Midwest.
So already holes in the story.
She says that she was given a drink and after a few sips but lightheaded, she was taken to lay down and then reports Diddy, Jay-Z and an unnamed female celebrity.
Unnamed female, huh?
Entered the room, she was raped by Jay-Z and then Diddy.
She says that she was fighting Jay-Z and he told her to cut the shit and then he raped her.
And she said that after Diddy assaulted her, she fled to a gas station and called her dad to pick her up.
Also of note, her dad says he doesn't recall picking her up at the gas station.
I mean, it has been 20 years.
Yeah.
But also you would think, was it the middle of the night?
Yeah, you'd probably remember having the best time.
That's the kind of thing I would probably be reminded of by my parents, like, you know, to this day.
Yeah.
Remember that time you called me at 2 a.m.?
Yeah.
Looking disheveled?
Yeah.
So the thing was that initially she filed this lawsuit against Diddy, and she referenced like Celebrity B and Female Celebrity C or whatever.
Right.
Then she came out and said, so the story was the same, but she came out and identified that Celebrity B as being Jay-Z.
So that's why that was kind of hot this week.
Right.
Okay.
So Jay-Z's response was swift.
He posted this lengthy statement on X, and he said his lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter from a lawyer named Tony Busby.
Now, that's the guy who's representing like 120 of these victims.
He said he would not give Busby one red penny, and he added that he was determined to expose him as a fraud.
He questioned why the allegations against him had not been filed in a criminal court, saying whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away.
Now, I'm going to just rebut that by saying that there are statute limitations.
I looked it up in New York.
For child sex abuse cases, you can have a civil case up until the victim turns 55.
You can only file a criminal case until the victim turns 28.
So that's why people are filing.
I mean, there might be some money grabbers out there, but I think also legally, they're outside the statute limitations, and that's why there's so many civil lawsuits.
So Jay-Z, that's the answer to your question.
Oh, wow.
That's so interesting.
So this is why I couldn't be a lawyer.
There's too many loopholes.
Jay-Z said the only heartbreak is for my family and that he and Beyoncé would have to sit down with his children and explain the allegations.
The post was originally deleted, then amended and reposted to add a final sentence.
I look forward to showing you just how different I am.
I mean, I think Jay-Z is going down the city.
We've talked about this, but I think there is...
I mean, he, again...
He still thinks he owns the world.
And he has a history of...
Yeah, I think his ego, when I see him in award shows or anything, I'm like, I can't with you.
And also, this man has a history of dating what?
Underage Aaliyah, underage Beyoncé.
Interestingly, when this story first broke, Tina Knowles, Beyoncé's mom, liked the story.
Yeah, she liked the post.
That was drama.
She claims she was hacked, but it was a post from ABC 7 Chicago reporting the allegation.
You think someone hacked you just to like a post?
No, you know what probably happened?
And I'm not...
Fat finger?
I mean, she might've...
Yeah, how old is she?
Maybe she was scrolling and actually double tapped.
Yeah.
Something like that.
Yeah.
It would be very weird if she liked a post.
Yeah.
But like, maybe coincidental?
I don't know.
Well, but it all loops back.
Because do you remember that 2014 elevator video with Solange, Jay-Z and Beyonce where Solange attacked Jay-Z?
Yes.
And everyone thought that like he had probably cheated on Beyonce or something.
Anyway, looking back now...
Hindsight is 2020, isn't it?
Yeah.
What if she was on to something and it was just worse than anything we thought?
Right.
You know?
What else?
We have...
I think we talked last week about the Kanye, or sorry, in Diddy Part 2 about the Kanye allegations.
Someone alleged that, like one of Kanye's previous assistants alleges that she was taken to a Diddy recording session party and Kanye drugged and raped her.
Right.
So I was like, were Kanye and Diddy buddies?
And I looked, it sounds like they actually were.
They were buddies.
Friends.
And then Kanye West wore a White Lives Matter shirt and Diddy spoke out against that.
And that was kind of the end of their relationship.
So they were friends.
And so I can believe that they were in the same circle and maybe Kanye was exposed to these.
Yeah, for sure.
Brendan Paul, this was an update from yesterday.
Brendan Paul was the drug mule we talked about who was with Diddy when he was, so Diddy was not initially arrested, but when he was stopped in the tarmac in Miami, fleeing, and we were like, where was he going?
And he didn't get any initially arrested until after the search and everything.
Brendan Paul, who was his, they thought his weapon and drug mule, was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Anyway, he had all of his charges dropped this week.
Really?
They claim he did a pretrial program and he did a substance abuse class.
Do you think he maybe cut a deal?
Oh, he definitely cut a deal.
Probably knows a lot and the FBI says, if you can tell us, then you know what?
You can go free.
Yeah, I'm sure.
Because we know that all these celebrities and their parties are using Mary Jane and cocaine.
Mary Jane.
Yeah.
That's what they call it on the streets, Megan.
The Mary Jane.
Other updates.
Diddy's LA home was listed for $61.5 million.
He purchased it in 2014 for $29 million.
It's been listed.
It hasn't gotten any bites.
He has had his first offer for $30 million by developers who want to flip and de-stigmatize it.
It hasn't been sold yet though.
It's just an issue.
Yeah.
Well, it's like the people who were living in like John May Ramsey's house too.
I'm like, yeah, why would you want to do that?
You'd have to really get a financial deal.
I would just knock it down, rebuild it, and then I'd be like, there's this girl in my house that's like I keep seeing ghosts.
That's how I feel like it would be haunted.
No, not for us because we aren't open to that.
You aren't open to it.
I am.
You talk all the time about you're not open to it.
You don't want to be visited by a ghost.
No.
So you're not open to it.
I thought, well, I'm open to the spiritual world.
You are not open to the spiritual world.
You won't Google anything.
No, I won't Google it because I believe in it.
You're not.
So I don't want to open any doors.
No, I think you have to be open to being visited, and we are not open to that.
Well, no.
No.
No, please don't come visit me, spiritual people, in the afterlife or the purgatory life.
Okay.
Yeah.
How about Ellen fleeing the country?
Oh yeah, girl.
Ellen fleeing the country?
Okay.
Very suspicious.
Up there with DiCaprio.
Yeah.
She claimed...
And all these clips of her, like him being like, I have the video, Ellen.
You know what I'm talking about?
Where they're like, he's like talking about it on the show.
How many times was it talked about?
Yes.
And we just didn't pick up on it.
Because it seems too crazy for normal people like us to think that, like, this is happening out there.
Yes.
She moved to England.
She claims that it's because Trump won the election.
But, you know, there's a lot of celebrities moving to England.
I will say under the 1972 extradition treaty, UK will extradite to the US anyone charged with a felony under US law that is punishable by at least a year of jail time.
So, she's not safe in England.
No, she's not.
Also, how about this resurfaced tweet from 2016 where she wrote, Happy birthday, P.
Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean Combs, or as I like to call him, Cuddle McSnuggle stuff.
You don't need to know why.
Yeah, gross.
We know why now, Ellen.
Well, you don't really follow basketball, right?
I could care less about basketball, but you know what is breaking news?
Is that LeBron is backing away from the lake.
He's retired for personal reasons after he fought to play with his son.
Yes, personal reasons.
Look at those personal reasons, LeBron.
So we do have some...
Did you kill Kobe?
No.
I also don't think Kobe is that good of a guy, so I don't even want to get into that.
But okay, he was also a great basketball player.
So LeBron, we have some clips of him, right?
There's him on the livestream social media at a party where he's like, ain't no party like a Diddy party.
Anyway, in November, he took a social media break.
Then he missed his first game of the season.
And then at a December 11th press conference, the coach told the media that he quote, wasn't with the team right now for personal reasons.
Two days later, he announced his retirement.
Interesting timing.
Very interesting, LeBron.
There was also some Ray J drama, just about how he had previously been like, that way he treated Cassie, it was unforgivable.
It's too much, we don't condone that.
And now he's walking back on that.
Now he thinks that like there's too many stories, they're out of control, they're too extreme.
Will Smith.
Oh, Will Smith is really looking bad in my eyes right now.
You know what?
I loved Will Smith.
And then whatever happened, was it the Grammys, Oscars?
Yeah, keep my wife's name out your mouth.
Yeah, yeah, that one.
That is, I just feel like it's all very messy.
And I'm like, for a long time, I thought Jada Pinkett like was keeping him down.
But now I'm thinking, you know what?
Well, you got your own problems.
And that's really sad.
Well, so Will Smith interrupted a concert recently, because he's trying to make like a rap comeback.
And he said, here's my quote, I want to say this very clearly.
I don't have shit to do with Puffy.
So you all can stop all the memes.
You all can stop all that bullshit.
I've been nowhere near that man and ate, did none of that stupid shit.
So then I was like, wait, were they friends?
So I went down the little Google rabbit hole.
There are so many photos of them together.
But I couldn't find any proof, proof that that wasn't just like on an awards show.
Maybe he was never went down.
Just a lot of PR.
I don't know.
And I didn't find any evidence that he had ever been to like a white party or anything.
Now Diddy did have the inside, back to the Chris Rock, Will Smith altercation that you talked about.
Diddy reported, he was the first one to report that they had squashed it.
So I'm like, how does he know if he's not like got the inside track, right?
How does he know what's going on in their personal relationship?
Oh, I was just going to say maybe Diddy's like the official spokesperson for Hollywood.
Oh, well, I mean, it seems that way, doesn't it?
All right.
There's a Jimmy Kimmel clip from back in the day where they alleged that apparently Will Smith and Jada Pinkett tried to steal JLo from Diddy back when they were dating for a threesome.
Whoa.
So that's just random Will Smith Diddy.
Yeah.
So it sounds like they had a little bit of tension after that.
You know, she's trying to steal my girl.
Mr.
Steal My Girl.
There you go.
And then I just wanted to wrap up by talking about, because we had referenced previously Jamie Foxx.
Oh, yeah.
And that these rumors that maybe he was going to have this special, where he's going to, you know, he's the one who took down Diddy.
So I watched the special.
And as we expected, I think he was just making a lot of cracks, and he probably rode that publicity for the show.
He is known to have been a long time friend of Combs.
Diddy told Time Magazine in 2010 that he, Foxx and Ashton Kutcher were a rat pack, hanging out, going to clubs, but he's not been publicly connected to Combs' alleged misconduct, nor has he commented on his arrest outside the Netflix special.
He also joked in the show about the freak-off parties that Combs alleged to have hosted in Hollywood for decades, where most of his accusers say they were drugged and sexually assaulted, saying, Hell no, I left them parties early.
I was out by nine.
Something don't look right.
It's slippery in here.
So I just think he made some jokes.
Someone was like, Oh my gosh, he blamed Diddy.
And then he was like, maybe people will tune in, as I did.
I would have never watched this.
Right, exactly.
I was like, what's he gonna say?
Right.
So that's the updates I have.
Any other thoughts?
No, I'm really interested.
I can't wait to cover the trials.
May.
May, unless he pushes it back or Epstein's.
I was about to say, Pola Jeffrey Epstein, yeah.
Do we think Epstein really offed himself?
Do we think someone offed him?
I don't think he offed himself.
You think he got offed.
He got picked off.
I think he got picked off.
Or do we think he's still alive out in the world is the other theory that's out there?
Oh, I think someone took him out to silence him.
I definitely think someone took him out.
Okay.
Who do we think?
Probably being pardoned by our president right now.
Just kidding.
Just kidding.
But for real.
But for real.
Any theories on who the next celebrity is going to be that goes down?
It's going to go Diddy, Jay-Z, Beyonce.
That is my theory.
Okay.
JLo's up there too.
JLo's up there.
Ashton Kutcher as well.
It keeps going down.
I could keep going.
You want me to keep going.
It's Leo DiCaprio.
That's a good start.
It's a good start.
All right.
Well, that's our update.
Thanks for joining for a little mini-sode.
And when there's more to talk about, we'll be back.
Yeah.
We'll see you next Tuesday.
It's a flippity flip.
See you next time.
All right.
Bye.
Bye.
